Choosing Connection: Alterset Boat Cruise Team Gathering

Being Choice First also means choosing connection. Stepping outside our usual routines, sharing time on the water, and building relationships beyond projects - grateful for the team and the energy everyone brings.

This June, we organized a team gathering in Belgrade - a cruise on the Sava (and Danube) that gave us a simple, much-needed thing: time together.

Many of us work remotely most days, so moments like this matter. We met up right before departure, had a quick all-hands, and then let the evening unfold naturally: snacks, drinks, music, and conversations that feel different when they happen away from screens.

As the city lights started to change and the sun went down, it felt like a proper reset - a chance to reconnect, laugh, and remember that the best teams are built through shared experiences, not only shared tasks.
